皮卡丘前几天看到一个视频，内容是说：“有记者提问赵立坚，如何看待彭博社发布的调查，抗疫排名美国全球第一”。外交部新闻司副司长赵立坚是这么回答的：
所谓的排名结果，把黑的说成白的、白的说成黑的，也许今后还能把死的说成活的。我想世界民众只能表示“呵呵”了，姑且把它当作茶余饭后的谈资吧。 很多小伙伴也许都会觉得“呵呵”可以翻译为：“very funny”，但是在口语中，它并不是单纯说很有趣，而是有“呵呵哒、你可真逗、得了吧、拉倒吧”的意思。
总的来说very funny生活气息比较重，举个例子：
A: I'll give your money back tomorrow!
我明天就还你钱！
B: Very funny. I have to get my money back now!
B：呵呵，拉倒吧，我现在就要！

“shrug”的英文释义：to raise your shoulders and then lower them in order to say you do not know or are not interested
例句：
He shrugged his shoulders as if to say that there was nothing he could do about it.
他耸了耸肩，好像在说他对此无能为力。
“shrug sth off ”则是一个固定搭配表示：对…满不在乎；对…不予理睬。所以这个表达在此场合翻译为：“呵呵”再合适不过了。
这不是外交部发言人第一次在发布会上说“呵呵”啦。
